Sophia demonstrated exceptional leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic, where she played a critical role in staffing coordination across multiple locations—including government buildings and essential service sites. As an office lead overseeing staffing operations, she ensured continuity, compliance, and efficiency during a time of rapid change and high demand. Her ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and lead under pressure positioned her as a trusted point of contact for both staff and leadership.

Her experience spans workforce coordination, client support, and operational management, where she consistently contributes to streamlined processes and reliable service delivery. Sophia is known for her attention to detail, accountability, and commitment to supporting both people and performance.
